Bike more challenge

The Chris King company reached out to our class to help design t-shirts for their ‘Bike More Challenge’ that they do with their employees. The Chris King company produces bicycling components and is based in Portland, Oregon. Everyone was then paired up into teams of two. My partner, Mario designed the front and I designed the back. We wanted to focus on the region the company is based in and aspects related to biking. The back of the t-shirt has the map of their area in a location icon. The map was all made by hand in Illustrator to ensure it was all accurate and every detail of their area was accounted for. There’s a little legend in the bottom left-hand corner to further enhance the map feel. As well as, if the shirt were to get printed the two types of lines could be told apart. The Chris King company is also a ‘Certified B Coropotion’ and they wanted that to be somewhere on the t-shirt if it could be.
