shadows of emotions

This series of photographs were taken for the Scholastics Art and Writing competition in 2018. This won me various awards such as a National medal, both gold and silver keys, and some honorable mentions. The shadows for this series were created with various household items I found around the house. Through experimenting with different angles, the type of object, and the depth of the light shining through the object these photographs are greatly expressive just like me.
